Jane Ann Craig was the Founder and President/CEO of Total Dental Administrators, Inc., Total Dental Administrator Health Plan of Arizona and Dental Management Administrators. Jane Ann sold Total Dental Administrators, Inc. and its affiliates to Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina and Companion Life insurance Company in 2011 and continued to serve as President/CEO and Board member until stepping down in 2016 to launch Jane Ann Craig International, an entity dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve success beyond their own personal goals and dreams.

Employer Compliance in the ICHRA Space

This course covers ICHRA notices, Medicare reporting, Section 111, ERISA, and Section 125 rules, as well as creditable coverage determinations and integration with other health plan regulations. Annette Bechtold is the founder of Forte Consulting Atlanta, which is dedicated to helping individuals, businesses, leaders, and teams to plan, build, grow, and prosper. Her practice consists of leadership and coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations. With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, she also continues to use her career expertise by serving clients in various insurance industry consulting capacities. Annette's focus is to help employers, individuals, and colleagues make sense of the latest regulations and clarifications, understand how their business may be affected, and translate those words to workable actions and business initiatives. She is on the HRA Council Board.

   

Aaron Flores serves as Chief Deputy at the HRA Council, a role he has held since the organization's founding under the leadership of Executive Director Robin Paoli. He directly oversees the Council’s annual data project, which produces the highly anticipated "Growth Trends for ICHRA & QSEHRA” report, helped launch the HRACademy continuing education (CE) hub, and manages member experience and several key day-to-day operations.
