Taught by Dennis Cash
Director, Strategic Initiatives, Ameritas
This course will teach you what financial wellness is and why it is quickly becoming a new class of employee benefits. Attendees will gain an understanding of what monetary worries do to an employee’s health and well-being and how that impacts a company’s healthcare spend, employee productivity, and gross profit margins. Participants will also gain insight into what types of financial wellness solutions are on the market today that can help employees take control of their financial life, cut healthcare costs, and help employers leverage a wide range of company resources.
